Include your city, project stage and intended installation format when you contact us. A drawing or photograph can make the discussion more useful.

Before accepting a proposal, review the product, delivery address, access requirements, expected timing and charges. Check who is responsible for installation, site alterations and any building work.
Keep the agreed delivery and installation details with your order documents.
Prepare for arrival.
Share any stairs, lift restrictions, narrow access routes or building delivery requirements during the project conversation. Arrange the route to the installation space before delivery.
