60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Every Cuiven product is covered by a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

Conditions

Items must be returned in original condition with all included accessories and packaging. Consumables (filters, dosing cartridges, flavor and terroir cartridges) may be returned only if unopened. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or the return is the result of our error.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@cuiven.com with your order number and the reason for the return. For installed Opus systems, our team coordinates de-installation and white-glove pickup with you.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving the return.

Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or fails within the guarantee window, contact us and we will arrange replacement or repair at no cost, including shipping. See our Warranty page for coverage beyond 60 days.
