When you contact CUIVEN, your message can include your name, contact details, product interests and project information. We use those details to respond to your inquiry. Please leave payment-card details and sensitive personal information out of your message.

Contact form details pass through our message delivery provider. The form shows whether your message was submitted. The email alternative opens a draft for you to review and send through your own email provider.

Website preferences and analytics.

The website can remember your analytics choice in this browser. Optional analytics, when enabled with your consent, help us understand page visits and interactions through PostHog.

You can decline optional analytics and continue using the site. Use the privacy choices control to change your selection. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Recipes saved in this browser.

Recipes saved in the Atelier experience are stored in this browser. They include the name you choose and the drink settings. Use the recipe controls to remove a saved recipe, or clear this website’s browser storage.

Keep personal or sensitive information out of recipe names, especially on a shared device.

Questions about your information.

Use the contact page to ask about information you have sent to CUIVEN, request a correction or make a privacy request. Include enough context to identify the relevant correspondence; leave unnecessary identification documents out of an initial message.
